电针联合中药热敷疗法在强直性脊柱炎患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Chinese Herbal Hot Compress Therapy in Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的探讨电针联合中药外敷疗法在强直性脊柱炎患者中的应用效果.方法选取该院2019年6月—2021年3月收治的强直性脊柱炎患者93例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)与观察组(n=47).对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组接受电针联合中药热敷疗法治疗.比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后身体体征、实验室指标.结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,枕墙距、指地距均短于对照组,脊柱活动度、胸腔活动度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白A水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论电针联合中药外敷疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎患者的效果确切,可明显提高患者的活动能力,降低其机体炎性因子水平.

Objective To explore the application effect of electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal hot compresses in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods A total of 93 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=47)according to a random number table.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal hot compresses therapy.The clinical efficacy,physical signs and laboratory indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale of pain in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the distance between the occipital tubercle and the wall and the distance between fingertips and the ground were shorter than those in the control group,spine mobility and thoracic mobility were greater than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,and immunoglobulin A levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal hot compresses has a definite effect on patients with ankylosing spondylitis,which can significantly improve the patient's mobility and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body.
