中医针灸联合康复理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

Observation the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析中医针灸配合康复理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果.方法选取2019年6月—2020年12月该院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者110例为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组55例.对照组患者采用康复理疗治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合中医针灸治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的腰椎功能、疼痛程度、生活质量.结果两组患者治疗前的日本骨科协会评估治疗分数量表(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)、McGill疼痛问卷(McGill pain questionnaire,MPQ)、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(generic quality of life inventory-74,GQOL-74)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的JOA、MPQ、GQOL-74评分均优于治疗前,且观察组患者的JOA、GQOL-74评分均显著高于对照组,MPQ评分显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率为92.73%,高于对照组的76.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用中医针灸联合康复理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以显著改善患者的运动功能,提高患者的独立性和生活能力,效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 110 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 55 cases each.Patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation physiotherapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with TCM acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the lumbar spine function,pain level and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The Japanese orthopaedic association scores scale(JOA),McGill pain questionnaire(MPQ),generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)score comparison,the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the JOA,MPQ,and GQOL-74 scores of the two groups of patients were better than those before treatment,and the JOA and GQOL-74 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the MPQ scores were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.73%,which was higher than 76.36%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy for lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the motor function of patients and enhance their independence and living ability,with significant effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
