肌电生物刺激反馈疗法配合引导式教育对脑瘫患儿运动姿势的改善效果研究

Study on the Improvement Effect of Electromyography Biostimulation Feedback Therapy Combined with Guided Education on the Exercise Posture of Children with Cerebral Palsy

摘要 目的 探讨肌电生物刺激反馈疗法配合引导式教育对脑瘫患儿运动姿势的改善效果.方法 选取2020年11月—2021年11月该院收治的60例临床诊断为痉挛型四肢瘫的脑瘫患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例).两组患儿均接受引导式教育半日流程,观察组在对照组基础上配合使用肌电生物刺激反馈疗法.比较两组患儿下肢肌张力、下肢功能、平衡功能、步行能力以及日常生活活动能力.结果 治疗后,观察组改良Ashworth痉挛量表分级、改良Barthel指数评分、Fuel-Meyer下肢运动功能评定量表评分、Fugl-Meyer平衡功能量表评分均显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组步长、步频、最大步行速度均显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床针对痉挛型四肢瘫患儿采用肌电生物刺激反馈疗法配合引导式教育,可以有效改善患儿的运动姿势及运动功能,增强其自理能力,提升其生活质量,值得推广和运用. Objective To explore the improvement effect of electromyography biostimulation feedback therapy combined with guided education on the exercise posture of children with cerebral palsy.Methods The 60 children with cerebral palsy who were clinically diagnosed with spastic tetraplegia admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).Both groups of children received a guided education half-day process,and the observation group used myoelectric biostimulation feedback therapy on the basis of the control group.The lower limb muscle tension,lower limb function,balance function,walking ability and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups of children.Results After treatment,the observation group's modified Ashworth scale classsification,modified Barthel index score,Fugl-Meyer assessment of lower extremity scale score,Fugl-Meyer balance scale score were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group's step length,step frequency,and maximum walking speed were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically for children with spastic tetraplegia,the use of electromyographic biostimulation feedback therapy combined with guided education can effectively improve the children's movement posture and movement function,enhance their self-care ability,and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of promotion and application.
