快速康复护理在输尿管结石患者围术期的作用研究

Study on the Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Patients with Ureteral Calculi

目的 探究快速康复护理在输尿管结石(ureteral calculi,UC)患者围术期的作用.方法 选取2018年5月—2019年5月于该院行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的UC患者71例为研究对象,根据不同护理方式分为观察组(36例,采用快速康复护理)和对照组(35例,采用常规护理).对比两组患者的护理满意度、术后并发症情况、住院时间和症状消失时间.结果 观察组患者的护理满意度为91.67%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的住院时间及腰痛消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的UC患者而言,采用围术期快速康复护理的优势明显,可降低尿路出血、尿路感染和膀胱痉挛等术后并发症发生率,缩短症状消失时间和住院时间,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients with ureteral calculi(UC).Methods A total of 71 UC patients who underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in this hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into an observation group(36 cases,using rapid rehabilitation nursing)and a control group(35 cases,using conventional nursing).The nursing satisfaction,postoperative complications,hospital stay and symptom disappearance time of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 71.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of compliactions in the observation group was 8.33%,which was lower than 28.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and the time of back pain disappearance of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For UC patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period has obvi ous advantages,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as urinary tract bleeding,urinary tract infection and bladder spasm,and shorten the time of symptom disappearance and hospital stay.It is worthy of clinical promo tion.
