中医康复护理联合早期康复训练在股骨颈骨折术后患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Early Rehabilitation Training in Postoperative Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures

目的 探讨中医康复护理联合早期康复训练在股骨颈骨折术后患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2019年1月—2021年3月该院收治的120例股骨颈骨折术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例.对照组采用早期康复训练,观察组采用中医康复护理联合早期康复训练.对比两组护理满意度及护理前后髋关节功能评分、骨代谢指标水平.结果 观察组的护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的髋关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的骨代谢指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 股骨颈骨折术后患者采用中医康复护理联合早期康复训练,可有效改善机体骨代谢,促进患者髋关节功能改善,并提高患者护理满意度.

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with early rehabilitation training in patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery admitted to this hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,each group with 60 cases.The control group used early rehabilitation training,and the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with early rehabilitation training.The nursing satisfaction,hip function scores and bone metabolism index levels before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 81.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the hip joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the bone metabolism index level of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery treated with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with early rehabilitation training,which can effectively improve the body's bone metabolism,promote the improvement of patients'hip joint function,and improve patient's satisfaction.
