虚拟现实技术训练对非痴呆型血管性认知障碍患者的治疗效果研究 被引量:1

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Virtual Reality Technology Training on Patients with Non-dementia Vascular Cognitive Impairment

摘要 目的探讨虚拟现实技术训练对非痴呆型血管性认知障碍患者的治疗效果.方法选取该院2018年5月-2020年12月收治的200例非痴呆型血管性认知障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(100例)和对照组(100例).两组均接受常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上接受认知功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上接受虚拟现实技术训练.两组均持续训练28 d.比较两组患者治疗前后简易智能精神状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、改良Barthel指数(modified barthel index,MBI)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分、听觉事件相关电位P300潜伏期和波幅.结果与治疗前比,两组治疗后的MMSE评分、MBI评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分均升高,且观察组治疗后上述评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与治疗前比,两组治疗后的听觉事件相关电位P300潜伏期均缩短,波幅均升高,且观察组治疗后的听觉事件相关电位P300潜伏期短于对照组,且波幅高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论非痴呆型血管性认知障碍患者应用虚拟现实技术训练,可有效改善患者的精神状态,提高其生活能力,促进认知功能恢复,延缓病情进展. Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of virtual reality technology training on patients with nondementia vascular cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 200 patients with non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment were selected for treatment in the hospital from May 2018 to December 2020.They were divided into an observation group(100 cases)and a control group(100 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group received cognitive function training on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group received virtual reality technology training treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued training for 28 days.The mini-mental state examination(MMSE),modified barthel index(MBI),montreal cognitive assessment score,P300 latency and amplitude of auditory event-related potentials before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the MMSE score,MBI score,montreal cognitive assessment score of the two groups after treatment increased,and the above scores of the observation group after treatment were all higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the latency of auditory event-related potential P300 in both groups after treatment was shortened,and the amplitude of both increased,and the latency of auditory event-related potential P300 after treatment in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amplitude was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of virtual reality technology training for patients with non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment can effectively improve the patient's mental state,improve their living ability,promote the recovery of cognitive function,and delay the progression of the disease.
