骨折治疗联合运动康复一体化治疗在股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用效果

Effect of Fracture Treatment Combined with Integrated Sports Rehabilitation in Intertrochanteric Fractures of the Femur

目的探讨骨折治疗联合运动康复一体化治疗对股骨粗隆间骨折患者关节功能恢复、疼痛及并发症的影响.方法选取该院2016年6月-2020年12月收治的50例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组25例.两组均采用防旋型股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail antirotation,PFNA)固定术治疗,对照组采用传统康复模式,观察组采用运动康复一体化模式.比较两组患者的髋关节功能恢复效果、疼痛程度及并发症情况.结果观察组的髋关节功能恢复优良率为92.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在术后1、3个月,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的并发症总发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论骨折治疗联合运动康复一体化治疗可有效提高股骨粗隆间骨折患者关节功能恢复效果,减轻疼痛程度,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the effects of fracture treatment combined with integrated sports rehabilitation on joint function recovery,pain and complications in patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods 50 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)fixation,the control group was treated with traditional rehabilitation mode,and the observation group was treated with exercise rehabilitation integrated mode.The hip function recovery effect,pain level and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of hip function recovery in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after operation,the pain visual analog scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the total incidence of complications in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Fracture treatment combined with integrated sports rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve joint function recovery and reduce pain in patients with intertrochanteric fracture,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
