电子灸对椎动脉型颈椎病患者疼痛程度及血流动力学的影响

Effect of Electronic Moxibustion on Pain Degree and Hemodynamics of Patients with Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis

摘要 目的分析椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用电子灸治疗对其疼痛程度及血流动力学的影响.方法选择该院2019年3月-2021年3月收治的60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者为研究对象,将患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组应用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上加用电子灸治疗.分析两组治疗效果.结果治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组,且观察组的各项血流动力学指标明显优于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对于椎动脉型颈椎病患者应用电子灸治疗能够提高治疗效果,迅速缓解疼痛,还可以有效改善椎动脉血流动力学指标,因此值得推广. Objective To analyze the effects of electronic moxibustion on the pain degree and hemodynamics of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods The 60 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis accepted by the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,each group with 30 cases.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,the observation group was treated with electronic moxibustion on this basis.Analyze the of the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain visual analogue scale score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of electronic moxibustion to patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis can improve the treatment effect,speed up the relief of pain degree,and can effectively improve the vertebral artery hemodynamic indicators,so it is worthy of promotion.
