电针结合系统化康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后腰椎功能恢复的影响

Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Systematic Rehabilitation Training on the Recovery of Lumbar Spine Function in Pastoperative Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨电针结合系统化康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后腰椎功能恢复的影响.方法选择该院2019年10月-2020年11月收治的104例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各52例.对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用电针结合系统化康复训练.比较两组的疼痛程度、腰椎功能及炎症因子水平.结果干预前,两组的Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)、腰痛及下肢痛评分及和各项炎症因子水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的ODI、腰痛及下肢痛评分、各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论电针结合系统化康复训练能够缓解腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,减轻炎症反应,具有一定临床推广应用价值.

Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture combined with systematic rehabilitation training on the recovery of lumbar spine function in pastoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 104 postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received electroacupuncture combined with systematic rehabilitation training.The pain degree,lumbar spine function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the Oswestry disability index(ODI),low back pain and lower limb pain score and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group's ODI,low back pain and lower limb pain scores,and inflammatory factor levels were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with systematic rehabilitation training can relieve the pain of postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the function of the lumbar spine,and reduce the inflammation.It has certain clinical promotion and application value.
