中医康复疗法联合针灸对中风后肢体功能障碍的影响

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Limb Dysfunction After Stroke

目的研究中医康复治疗联合针灸对中风后肢体功能障碍的影响.方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月83例中风后肢体功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组41例与观察组42例.对照组接受常规康复锻炼,观察组接受中医康复疗法联合针灸治疗.比较两组中医症候积分、神经功能、肌张力、肢体功能.结果治疗后,观察组的中医症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(CSS)与改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的FMA上、下肢功能评分均高于对照组,CSS与MAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医康复疗法联合针灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍能缓解患者的临床症状,改善其神经功能、肢体功能及肌张力,值得推广应用.

Objective Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods A total of 83 patients with post-stroke limb dysfunction from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group of 41 cases and the observation group of 42 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation exercises,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture.The TCM symptom scores,neurological function,muscle tone and limb function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,China stroke scale(CSS)and modified Ashworth scale(MAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the FMA upper and lower extremity function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the CSS and MAS scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke limb dysfunction can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their neurological function,limb function and muscle tension,and is worthy of popularization and application.
