表面肌电生物反馈结合吞咽训练对脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能康复的影响

Effect of Surface Electromyography Biofeedback Combined with Swallowing Training on the Rehabilitation of Swallowing Function in Patients with Dysphagia after Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨表面肌电生物反馈结合吞咽训练在脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年2月—2020年12月该院收治的94例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例.对照组采用吞咽训练,试验组在对照组基础上联合表面肌电生物反馈干预,持续干预4周.对比两组的并发症发生率及治疗前后的吞咽功能、摄食能力、生活质量.结果干预前,两组的标准吞咽功能评价量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的功能性经口摄食量表、吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的上述评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的并发症发生率为4.26%,低于对照组的19.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论表面肌电生物反馈结合吞咽训练治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍,可改善患者的吞咽功能与摄食能力,减少并发症发生,提高生活质量. Objective To explore the application effect of surface electromyography biofeedback combined with swallowing training in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 94 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group used swallowing training,and the test group was combined with surface electromyography biofeedback intervention on the basis of the control group,and continued intervention for 4 weeks.The complication rate,swallowing function,food intake ability and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the standardized swallowing assessment between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the functional oral intake scale and the swallowing quality of life questionnaire between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the above scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the test group was 4.26%,which was lower than the 19.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surface EMG biofeedback combined with swallowing training to treat dysphagia after cerebral infarction can improve the swallowing function and feeding ability of patients,reduce the complications,and improve the quality of life.
