康复干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍的改善效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Rehabilitation Intervention on the Improvement of Stroke Dysphagia

目的探讨康复干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的临床效果.方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月该院收治的72例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=36)和研究组(n=36).对照组采用常规干预,研究组采用康复干预.比较两组的吞咽障碍改善效果、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)、综合痉挛量表(composite spasticity scale,CSS)及改良Barthel指数(modified Barthel index,MBI)量表评分.结果研究组的吞咽障碍改善优良率为66.67%,较对照组的36.11%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的NIHSS、CSS及MBI评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组干预后的NIHSS评分较对照组更低,CSS评分及MBI评分均较对照组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复干预可有效改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能及神经功能,有助于提升患者的日常生活能力,值得推广.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of rehabilitation intervention on patients with stroke dysphagia.Methods 72 patients with stroke dysphagia admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group(n=36)and a study group(n=36).The control group used conventional intervention,and the study group used rehabilitation intervention.Comparison of the improvement effects of swallowing dysfunction,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),composite spasticity scale(CSS)and modified Barthel index(MBI)scale score between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of improvement in swallowing disorder was 66.67%in the study group,which was higher than 36.11%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the NIHSS,CSS and MBI scores of the two groups were compared,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the NIHSS score of the study group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the CSS score and MBI score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the swallowing function and nerve function of stroke patients with dysphagia,help improve the patients'ability of daily living,and is worthy of promotion.
