氯吡格雷联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Study of Clopidogrel Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的分析氯吡格雷联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果.方法将2020年2—12月该院收治的60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分两组,每组30例.对照组采用氯吡格雷治疗,研究组采用氯吡格雷联合曲美他嗪治疗.比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后的炎性因子水平及生活质量的变化.结果研究组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的血清五聚素3、白细胞介素-6及超敏C-反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的各项西雅图心绞痛量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论氯吡格雷联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效显著,可提升患者的生活质量,减轻炎症反应,有临床推广价值.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods The 60 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the hospital from February to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel,and the study group was treated with clopidogrel combined with trimetazidine.The treatment effects,the levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment,and the changes in the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of pentraxin 3,interleukin-6,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Seattle angina questionnaire of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with trimetazidine has a significant effect on the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can improve the patient's quality of life,reduce inflammation,and has clinical promotion value.
