吞咽功能训练联合电针对食管癌术后并发吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Swallowing Function Training Combined with Electroacupuncture on Swallowing Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Dysphagia After Esophageal Cancer Surgery

目的探究吞咽功能训练联合电针对食管癌术后并发吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及生命质量的影响.方法选取该院2019年11月—2020年12月收治的106例食管癌术后并发吞咽障碍患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组53例与观察组53例.对照组采用吞咽功能训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用电针干预.比较两组患者的吞咽功能、生活质量及并发症发生率.结果两组干预前的标准吞咽功能评估量表(standardized swallowing assessment,SSA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的SSA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组干预前的各项生活质量综合评定问卷(generic quality of life inventory 74,GQOLI-74)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为3.77%,低于对照组的16.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论吞咽功能训练联合电针治疗食管癌术后并发吞咽障碍能够改善患者吞咽障碍症状,提高生活质量,减少并发症发生,促进术后恢复,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of swallowing function training combined with electroacupuncture on swallowing function and quality of life in patients with dysphagia after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods 106 patients with postoperative esophageal cancer complicated by dysphagia admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into 53 cases in the control group and 53 cases in the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group used swallowing function training intervention,and the observation group added electroacupuncture intervention on top of the control group.To compare the swallowing function,quality of life and complication rate of patients in both groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)scores before the intervention between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SSA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups on the generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74)before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.77%,which was lower than 16.98%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Swallowing function training combined with electroacupuncture for the treatment of dysphagia after esophageal cancer can improve the symptoms of dysphagia,improve the quality of life,reduce the complications,and promote postoperative recovery.It is worthy of clinical application.
