神经电刺激联合射频热凝对原发性三叉神经痛患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

Effects of Nerve Electrical Stimulation Combined with Radiofrequency Thermal Coagulation on Pain Degree and Quality of Life in Patients with Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的 探究神经电刺激联合射频热凝对原发性三叉神经痛患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法 选取本院2019年9月—2020年11月收治的118例原发性三叉神经痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组59例。对照组采用射频热凝治疗,观察组在此基础上采用神经电刺激治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的疼痛程度、生活质量。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为96.61%,高于对照组的84.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的疼痛程度、生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组的疼痛评分更低,各维度生活质量评分均更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 神经电刺激联合射频热凝治疗能够有效减轻原发性三叉神经痛患者的疼痛程度,改善其生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of nerve electrical stimulation combined with radiofrequency thermal coagulation on pain degree and quality of life in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 118 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 59 patients in each group.The control group was treated with radiofrequency thermal coagulation,and the observation group was treated with electrical nerve stimulation.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.61%,which was higher than 84.75%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pain degree and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the pain score of the observation group was lower,and the quality of life scores of all dimensions were higher,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nerve electrical stimulation combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation therapy can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia and improve their quality of life,which is worth promoting.
