延续性康复护理对椎间盘突出症患者微创术后腰椎功能和脊髓神经功能的影响

Effects of Continuous Rehabilitation Nursing on Lumbar Function and Spinal Nerve Function in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation after Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的 探讨延续性康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者微创术后腰椎功能和脊髓神经功能的影响。方法 选取本院2019年1月—2020月1月收治的40例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组20例采用常规出院护理,研究组20例在对照组基础上采用延续性康复护理。比较两组患者的护理效果,及护理前后的心理状态、腰椎功能、脊髓神经功能、生活质量。结果 研究组患者的护理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的脊髓神经功能评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组,腰椎功能评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 延续性康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者微创术后应用可显著改善其腰椎功能和脊髓神经功能,患者心理状态较好,具有较高的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of continuous rehabilitation nursing on lumbar function and spinal nerve function of patients with lumbar disc herniation after minimally invasive surgery.Methods 40 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number method.20 cases in the control group received routine discharge nursing,and 20 cases in the study group received continuous rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.The nursing effect,the mental state,lumbar function,spinal nerve function and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing effect of the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of spinal nerve function and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the score of lumbar spine function were lower than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation after minimally invasive surgery can significantly improve the lumbar spine function and spinal nerve function,and the patients have better psychological status and higher quality of life.
