针灸联合高压氧及康复运动对帕金森病患者非运动症状及精神状态的影响

Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen and Rehabilitation Exercise on Non-Motor Symptoms and Mental State of Patients with Parkinson's Disease

目的 探究针灸联合高压氧及康复运动对帕金森病(PD)患者非运动症状及精神状态的影响。方法 选取本院2019年7月—2020年9月收治的124例PD患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组采用高压氧联合康复运动,观察组在此基础上加用针灸治疗,持续干预1个月。比较两组患者干预前后的非运动症状、精神状态及运动功能。结果 干预前,两组的非运动症状问卷量表(NMSQ)评分及帕金森综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的NMSQ评分及UPDRS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的简易精神状态评定表(MMSE)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的MMSE评分高于对照组,HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针灸联合高压氧及康复运动可有效减轻PD患者的非运动症状,改善其精神状态,提高运动功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with hyperbaric oxygen and rehabilitation exercise on non-motor symptoms and mental state of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods A total of 124 PD patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 62 patients in each group.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.The intervention in both groups were lasted for 1 month.The non-motor symptoms,mental state and motor function of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in non-motor symptoms questionnaire(NMSQ)score and Parkinson's disease comprehensive scale(UPDRS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the NMSQ score and UPDRS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the MMSE score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and HAMA and HAMD scores were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen and rehabilitation exercise can effectively relieve the non-motor symptoms of PD patients,improve their mental state and improve motor function.
