产后治疗仪联合乳房穴位按摩对产妇产后子宫复旧与乳汁分泌的影响

The Effect of Postpartum Therapy Instrument Combined with Breast Acupoint Massage on Postpartum Uterine Involution and Milk Secretion of Parturients

目的探讨产后治疗仪联合乳房穴位按摩对产妇产后子宫复旧与乳汁分泌的影响.方法选取2020年5月—2021年3月该院产科收治的62例产妇,按随机数表法分为两组,每组31例.对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上联合采用产后治疗仪与乳房穴位按摩.比较两组子宫复旧情况、产后泌乳开始时间、泌乳量及母乳喂养情况.结果试验组宫底高度低于对照组,宫底下降速度快于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组产后泌乳开始时间短于对照组,产后第2、3天的泌乳量均多于对照组,母乳喂养成功率均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论产后治疗仪联合乳房穴位按摩可显著促进产妇产后子宫复旧及乳汁分泌,提高其母乳喂养成功率,值得临床推广与应用.

Objective To explore the effect of postpartum therapy instrument combined with breast acupoint massage on postpartum uterine involution and milk secretion.Methods The 62 cases of parturients admitted to the department of obstetrics of the hospital from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group used postpartum therapy instrument and breast acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The uterine involution,the start time of postpartum lactation,the amount of lactation and breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The height of the fundus of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the rate of drop of the fundus of the uterus was faster than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The start time of postpartum lactation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of lactation in the second and third days after delivery were more than those of the control group,and the breastfeeding success rate in the second and third days after delivery were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The postpartum treatment instrument combined with breast acupoint massage can significantly promote the postpartum uterine involution and milk secretion of the parturient,and improve the breastfeeding success rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
