音乐放松想象训练在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Music Relaxation and Imagination Training in Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis after Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者采用音乐放松想象训练的临床效果.方法将2019年1月—2020年3月该院收治的120例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60).对照组采用常规术后干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用音乐放松想象训练干预.观察并比较两组的干预效果、焦虑程度以及疼痛程度.结果干预后,在总有效率方面,观察组为95.00%,明显高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者干预后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分均低于各组干预前,且观察组干预后的VAS评分及SAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者采用音乐放松想象训练干预,可以减轻其术后疼痛,缓解其不良情绪,提高干预效果.

Objective To explore the application effect of music relaxation and imagination training in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery in this hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=60)and an observation group(n=60)according to a random number table.The control group used conventional postoperative intervention,and the observation group used music relaxation and imagination training intervention on the basis of the control group.Observe and compare the intervention effects,the degree of anxiety and the degree of pain between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before the intervention,and the VAS score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the use of music relaxation and imagination training intervention for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery can reduce their postoperative pain,relieve their bad mood and improve the effect of intervention.
