体外冲击波与局部封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Extracorporeal Shock Wave and Local Sealing in the Treatment of External Humeral Epicondylitis

目的探讨体外冲击波与局部封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效.方法选择2017年6月—2019年2月中国医科大学附属第一医院鞍山医院门诊收治的48例肱骨外上髁炎患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组24例.对照组采用局部封闭治疗,观察组采用体外冲击波治疗.对比分析两组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度、肘关节功能改善情况及临床疗效.结果治疗后,观察组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的Mayo肘关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论相比局部封闭治疗,体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的效果更显著,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,明显改善肘关节功能障碍,疗效确切.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave and local sealing in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods The 48 patients with external humeral epicondylitis admitted to the outpatient department of Anshan Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University June 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local sealing,and the observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave.The pain degree,improvement of elbow joint function before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Mayo elbow joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with partial sealing treatment,extracorporeal shock wave treatment of external humeral epicondylitis is more effective.It can effectively reduce the pain of patients and significantly improve elbow joint dysfunction.The effect is definite.
