综合康复干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Intervention on the Motor Function of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨综合康复干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的影响.方法将该院2019年2月—2020年8月收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者纳入研究,按1:1比例分为对照组(n=40,采用常规干预)、观察组(n=40,采用综合康复干预),对比两组日常生活能力、护理满意度、神经功能缺损程度、生活质量、运动功能.结果干预后,观察组日常生活活动能力评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组手功能评分(4.65±0.85)分、上肢功能评分(4.54±1.08)分、下肢功能评分(4.21±1.02)分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组生理、心理、躯体、社会评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果确切,可改善其运动功能,亦可提高其生活质量及日常生活能力,促进神经功能恢复,值得借鉴.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on the motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 80 patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to August 2020 were included in the study,according to the ratio of 1:1,they were divided into the control group(n=40,using conventional intervention)and the observation group(n=40,using comprehensive rehabilitation intervention).The ability of daily living,nursing satisfaction,neurological deficit,quality of life,and motor function were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group's activity of daily living score and nursing satisfaction score were higher than those of the control group,and the National Institute of Health stroke scale score was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the hand function score(4.65±0.85)points,upper limb function score(4.54±1.08)points,and lower limb function score(4.21±1.02)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the physical,psychological,physical,and social scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention in stroke patients with hemiplegia has a definite application effect,which can improve their motor function,improve their quality of life and ability of daily living,and promote the recovery of neurological function.It is worth learning.
