耳穴压豆联合视功能训练治疗轻中度儿童近视的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Auricular Acupoint Pressing Bean Combined with Visual Function Training in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Myopia in Children

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合视功能训练治疗轻中度儿童近视的临床效果.方法选取2018年1月—2020年10月该院收治的80例轻中度近视患儿为研究对象,随机分为采用传统戴镜方式治疗的对照组与采用耳穴压豆联合视功能训练治疗的观察组,每组40例.比较两组患儿治疗总有效率以及治疗前后的裸眼视力、屈光度.结果观察组的治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组治疗后的裸眼视力为(0.48±0.07),屈光度为(-1.89±0.41)D,与治疗前的(0.63±0.09)及(-1.35±0.49)D比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的裸眼视力为(0.62±0.14),屈光度为(-1.45±0.26)D,与治疗前的(0.63±0.11)及(-1.36±0.55)D比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论轻中度儿童近视采用耳穴压豆联合视功能训练治疗的效果良好,可稳定裸眼视力及屈光度,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with visual function training in the treatment of mild to moderate myopia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with mild to moderate myopia treated in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group treated with traditional wearing glasses method and the observation group treated with auricular point pressing bean combined with visual function training,with 40 cases in each group.The total effective rate,naked eye visual acuity and diopter before and after primary treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The naked eye visual acuity and diopter of the control group were(0.48±0.07)and(-1.89±0.41)D after treatment,compared with(0.63±0.09)and(-1.35±0.49)D before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the naked eye visual acuity and diopter of the observation group were(0.62±1.14)and(-1.45±0.26)D after treatment,and there were no statistical significance compared with(0.63±1.11)and(-1.36±0.55)D before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with visual function training in the treatment of mild to moderate myopia in children is good,which can stabilize naked eye vision and diopter,and is worthy of popularization and application.
