摘要
目的探析认知行为疗法联合有氧运动对血液透析患者营养状态及生活质量的影响.方法选取2019年11月—2020年11月该院接诊的血液透析患者90例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组45例和观察组45例.对照组接受有氧运动干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用认知行为疗法.比较两组干预前、干预1个月后的营养状态及生活质量.结果干预前,两组患者的营养不良-炎症评分(malnutritior-inflammatory score,MIS)、生活质量核心测定量表(quality of life questionnaire-core 30,QLQ-C30)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1个月后,两组的MIS、QLQ-C30评分均低于干预前,且观察组的MIS评分(7.16±1.11)分、QLQ-C30评分(67.48±6.13)分均低于对照组的(10.27±1.33)分、(72.37±6.58)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论认知行为疗法联合有氧运动可改善血液透析患者营养状态,提高患者生活质量.
Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with aerobic exercise on nutritional status and quality of life in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 90 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group of 45 cases and the observation group of 45 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received aerobic exercise intervention,and the observation group received cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups before the intervention and 1 month after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,the malnutritior-inflammatory score(MIS)and quality of life questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)scores of the two groups were compared,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 1 month of intervention,the MIS and QLQ-C30 scores of both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the MIS scores(7.16±1.11)points and QLQ-C30 score(67.48±6.13)points of the observation group were lower than those of(10.27±1.33)points and(72.37±6.58)points in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with aerobic exercise can improve the nutritional status and quality of life of hemodialysis patients.
