综合康复训练疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training Therapy on Dysphagia Patients after Stroke

目的探讨临床采用综合康复训练疗法对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者进行治疗的效果.方法选取该院2019年11月—2020年11月收治的91例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,采用单双号抽签的方式分成两组,将抽取单号的46例患者纳入对照组,采用常规康复训练疗法,将抽取双号的45例患者纳入观察组,采用综合康复训练疗法,对比两组患者干预前后的吞咽功能及生活质量.结果干预前,两组患者的标准吞咽功能评价量表(standardized swallowing assessment,SSA)评分及吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表(swallowing-related quality of life,SWAL-QOL)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的SSA评分为(24.27±1.28)分,低于对照组的(28.20±1.35)分,SWAL-QOL评分为(200.22±16.10)分,高于对照组的(182.35±15.23)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者采用综合康复训练疗法可改善其吞咽功能,显著提升生活质量,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on dysphagia patients after stroke.Methods A total of 91 patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by drawing lots with odd and even numbers.46 patients with single number were included in the control group and were treated with routine rehabilitation training therapy,45 patients with double number were included in the observation group and were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training therapy.The swallowing function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,the standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)score and swallowing-related quality of life(SWAL-QOL)score were compared,and there were no significant differences between the groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the SSA score of the observation group was(24.27±1.28)points lower than(28.20±1.35)points of the control group,and the SWAL-QOL score was(200.22±16.10)points,higher than(182.35±15.23)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training therapy can improve swallowing function and quality of life in patients with dysphagia after stroke,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
