"网式"控制管理式护理对高血压患者居家护理效果及血压水平的影响

The Influence of"Net"Control Management Nursing on Home Nursing Effect and Blood Pressure Level of Patients with Hypertension

目的研究"网式"控制管理式护理对高血压患者居家护理效果及血压水平的影响.方法将该院2018年5月—2020年3月收治的87例高血压患者纳入研究,以电脑随机数字表法将其分作管理组43例及常规组44例.常规组接受常规管理,管理组则于对常规管理基础上采用"网式"控制管理式护理.比较两组患者的血压水平、自我管理行为、生活质量及护理满意度.结果护理后,管理组的舒张压及收缩压水平均低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,管理组的运动锻炼、认知症状管理及医患沟通等评分均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,两组的生活质量评分均高于护理前,且管理组评分高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的护理满意度,管理组的97.67%高于常规组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论"网式"控制管理式护理的实施有利于控制高血压患者的血压水平,且对自我管理行为、生活质量及满意度均有不同程度的提升作用,值得推广使用.

Objective To study the influence of"net"controlled and managed nursing on home nursing effect and blood pressure level of patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 87 patients with hypertension admitted to this hospital from May 2018 to March 2020 were included in this study,and they were divided into a management group(n=43)and a routine group(n=44)by computer random number table method.The routine group received routine management,while the management group adopted"net"control management based on routine management.The blood pressure,changes in self-management behavior,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the management group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of exercise,cognitive symptom management and doctor-patient communication in the management group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in both groups were higher than before,and the score of the management group was higher than that of the routine group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the management group was 97.67%,higher than 79.55%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of"net"control management nursing is beneficial to control the blood pressure level of patients with hypertension,and can improve self-management behavior,quality of life and satisfaction to varying degrees,which is worth promoting.
