补肾活血汤加减治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨膝骨性关节炎(keen osteoarthritis,KOA)患者采用补肾活血汤加减治疗的效果.方法选取该院2020年1—11月收治的KOA患者100例为研究对象,运用随机分组法将其均分为两组.对照组50例口服美洛昔康片治疗,观察组50例在对照组基础上采用补肾活血汤加减治疗,疗程1个月.记录患者治疗前后的疼痛情况、膝关节功能和炎症情况,并统计疗效,记录药物不良反应发生情况.结果两组患者治疗后的疼痛视觉模拟(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、血清白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index,WOMAC)评分均低于治疗前,血清中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后的VAS评分、IL-6水平与WOMAC评分均低于对照组,血清中SOD与TGF-β水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论补肾活血汤加减治疗KOA的临床效果较好,可显著改善患者的临床症状,减少炎症反应,减轻患者疼痛,可在各级医疗单位推广使用.

Objective To investigate the effect of bushen Huoxue Decoction on keen osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 100 KOA patients admitted to this hospital from January to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random grouping method.50 patients in the control group was treated with meloxicam tablets orally,and 50 patients in the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on this basis.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The pain,knee function and inflammation of patients before and after treatment were recorded,the efficacy was counted,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions was recorded.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,serum interleukin-6(Il-6),the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)scores were lower than before treatment,and the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)levels were higher than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,IL-6 level and WOMAC score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and serum SOD and TGF-βlevels were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 82.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction has a good clinical effect in treating KOA,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce inflammation and relieve pain,and can be popularized in medical units at all levels.
