中医针灸结合正骨推拿治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Combined with Bone-Setting Massage in the Treatment of Simple Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨中医针灸结合正骨推拿治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床效果.方法选取2019年11月—2020年11月我院收治的42例单纯性LDH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组21例.两组均接受常规药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组采取中医针灸治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采取正骨推拿治疗.比较两组临床疗效、腰椎功能及腰椎疼痛程度.结果试验组的治疗总有效率95.24%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的腰椎功能、腰椎疼痛程度比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的日本骨科协会评估治疗评分高于对照组,Oswestry功能障碍指数评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医针灸结合正骨推拿治疗单纯性LDH,可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,恢复腰椎功能,临床疗效显著.

Objective To explore the clinical rehabilitation effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with bone-setting massage in the treatment of simple lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 42 patients with simple LDH who were admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 21 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional drug therapy,and on this basis,the control group received traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,and the experimental group received bone-setting massage therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lumbar spine function and lumbar spine pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.24%higher than that in the control group,which was 66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in lumbar function and lumbar pain between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association's low back pain score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the Oswestry disability index score and the pain visual analog scale score were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with bone-setting massage in the treatment of simple LDH can effectively relieve the pain level of patients and restore lumbar spine function,and the clinical effect is significant.
