调神健脾针法治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture for Regulating the Mind and Strengthening the Spleen in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的探讨调神健脾针法治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效.方法选择2018年2月—2020年6月清远市妇幼保健院中医科收治的寻常性痤疮患者60例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各30例.两组均接受健脾汤加减治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组采用调神健脾针法治疗,治疗7d后评估患者疗效,比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、不良反应发生率,并对患者进行6个月随访,统计并比较两组复发率.结果两组治疗7d后的各项中医症候积分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗7 d后的皮损程度、皮损数量、皮损颜色、皮损肿痛及颜面潮红评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗过程中红肿、皮疹及恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组随访6个月的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床将调神健脾针法应用于寻常性痤疮患者的治疗中,能降低其中医症候积分及远期复发率,未增加不良反应发生率,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for regulating the mind and strengthening the spleen in treating acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 60 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Qingyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received addition and subtraction of strengthening the spleen decoction treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture for regulating the mind and strengthening the spleen.The curative effect of the patients was evaluated after 7 days of treatment,and the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The patients were followed up for 6 months,and the recurrence rates of the two groups were calculated and compared.Results The scores of various TCM symptoms in the two groups after 7 days of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 7 days of treatment,the scores of skin lesion degree,number of skin lesions,color of skin lesions,swelling and pain of skin lesions and facial flushing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as redness,rash,nausea and vomiting between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group after 6-month follow-up was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of acupuncture for regulating the mind and strengthening the spleen in the treatment of acne vulgaris patients can reduce TCM syndrome scores and long-term recurrence rate without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
