心理护理对前列腺增生患者睡眠质量及并发症的影响

Effects of Psychological Nursing on Sleep Quality and Complications in Patients with Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨心理护理对前列增生患者睡眠质量及并发症的影响.方法选取2018年1月—2020年10月于该院就诊的100例前列腺增生患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同均分为两组,每组50例.常规组采用常规护理,试验组采用心理护理.比较两组的心理状态、睡眠质量、并发症总发生率及护理满意度.结果护理前,两组的心理状态评分、睡眠质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的上述各项评分均显著低于护理前,且试验组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分均显著低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的并发症总发生率、护理满意度分别为6.00%、98.00%,明显优于常规组的24.00%、84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将心理护理应用于前列腺增生患者术后护理中,可有效改善患者的负面情绪,提高其睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率,护理效果确切,值得在临床上推广与应用.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on sleep quality and complications in patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 100 patients with prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in this hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received psychological nursing.The psychological state,sleep quality,total incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before care,there were no significant differences in the scores of psychological state and sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05);after care,the above-mentioned scores were significantly lower in both groups than before care,and the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the routine group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were 6.00%and 98.00%,respectively,which were significantly better than 24.00%and 84.00%in the routine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing to the postoperative nursing of patients with prostatic hyperplasia can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients,improve their sleep quality,and reduce the incidence of complications.The nursing effect is accurate,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
