银杏叶胶囊联合综合康复训练治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Ginkgo Leaf Capsule Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Chronic Schizophrenia

目的分析银杏叶胶囊联合综合康复训练对慢性精神分裂症的疗效.方法选取2019年9月—2020年8月该院收治的慢性精神分裂合计68例患者进行研究,依据随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,各34例.两组均采用常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用银杏叶胶囊治疗,观察组采用银杏叶胶囊联合综合康复训练治疗.对比两组治疗前后的精神分裂症阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)、日常生活活动能力(activity of daily living,ADL)、韦氏成人记忆量表修订本(Wechsler adult memory scale-revised by China,WMS-RC)得分倩况.结果治疗前,两组的阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理得分及PANSS总分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的各维度PANSS得分及PANSS总分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的躯体生活量表、工具生活量表方面得分和ADL总分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的躯体生活量表评分(7.56±1.25)分、工具生活量表评分(19.20±3.15)分和ADL总分(22.26±2.68)分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的计算、数字符号、数字广度、因子总分和记忆商数得分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的各维度WMS-RC得分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论银杏叶胶囊联合综合康复训练对慢性精神分裂症的疗效确切,能减轻患者的临床症状和改善其认知功能,提升其日常活动能力,值得采用.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Ginkgo Leaf Capsule combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with Ginkgo Leaf Capsule,and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Leaf Capsule combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training.The positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),activity of daily living(ADL),Wechsler adult memory scale-revised by China(WMS-RC)score situation before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,psychopathological scores and total PANSS scores of the two groups were compared,and there were no significant differences between the groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PANSS scores and total PANSS scores of all dimensions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of the physical life scale and tool life scale of the two groups were compared with the total ADL score,and there were no significant differences between the groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the somatic life scale(7.56±1.25)points,instrumental life scale aspect(19.20±3.15)points and total ADL(22.26±2.68)points were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of calculation,number symbols,number breadth,factor total scores and memory quotient scores(P>0.05);after treatment,the WMS-RC scores of all dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Ginkgo biloba capsules and comprehensive rehabilitation training is effective in chronic schizophrenia,which can reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the cognitive function of patients and enhance their daily activities,and is worth adopting.
