多功能盆腔炎治疗仪联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的康复效果

The Rehabilitation Effect of Multifunctional Pelvic Inflammatory Therapy Instrument Combined with Fuke Qianjin Capsule on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探究多功能盆腔炎治疗仪联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的康复效果.方法选取该院2019年8月—2020年8月收治的60例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组采用妇科千金胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上加用多功能盆腔治疗仪.比较两组的治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、炎症因子水平、不良反应及复发率.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的下腹坠痛、宫颈举痛缓解时间分别为(6.49±1.96)d、(8.13±2.07)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的各项炎症因子指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-10水平均高于对照组,C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组的复发率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论多功能盆腔炎治疗仪联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎患者,可有效减轻其炎症反应,缩短临床症状缓解时间,降低复发率,且安全性高,值得推广使用.

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of multifunctional pelvic inflammatory therapy instrument combined with Fuke Qianjin Capsule on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fuke Qianjin Capsule,and the observation group was treated with multifunctional pelvic therapy instrument on this basis.The treatment effect,clinical symptom relief time,inflammatory factor levels,adverse reaction and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of lower abdominal falling pain and cervical lifting pain in the observation group was(6.49±1.96)d and(8.13±2.07)d,respectively,shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-2 and interleukin-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of C-reactive protein was lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multifunctional pelvic inflammatory therapy instrument combined with Fuke Qianjin Capsule can effectively reduce the inflammatory response,shorten the clinical symptom relief time,reduce the recurrence rate,and high safety,worth promoting use.
