康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体功能康复的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Limb Function Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析康复护理对老年脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复的效果.方法选取该院2019年6月—2020年6月收治的老年脑梗死患者80例为研究对象,随机将其均分为两组,对照组40例行常规护理,观察组40例在常规护理基础上采用康复护理,比较两组的护理效果.结果观察组护理后的精神状态积分高于对照组,神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的Barthel指数和护理满意度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组患者护理后的肌力水平,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论老年脑梗死患者采用康复护理的效果良好,能够改善其精神状态和神经功能,提升患者肢体功能和日常生活质量,具有推广价值.

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on limb function recovery of senile patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group received routine nursing,and 40 cases in the observation group received rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The mental state score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the neurological deficit score was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the muscle strength level of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction is good,which can improve their mental state and neurological function,improve their limb function and daily life quality,and has the value of popularization.
