Effect of Early Rehabilitation Training and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on the Neurological Function and Cognitive Function of Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage after Minimally Invasive Surgery

摘要 目的探讨早期康复训练联合高压氧治疗对高血压脑出血(hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,HICH)微创术后患者神经功能及认知功能的影响.方法选取2019年1月—2020年10月该院收治的92例HICH微创术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各46例.对照组采用早期康复训练,试验组在对照组基础上采用高压氧治疗,均持续干预8周.对比两组干预前后的神经功能、认知功能.结果干预前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)、简易智能精神状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE、MoCA评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期康复训练联合高压氧治疗能够改善HICH微创术后患者的神经功能与认知功能,有利于疾病预后. Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neurological function and cognitive function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)after minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with HICH after minimally invasive surgery who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given early rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group,and the intervention was continued for 8 weeks.The neurological and cognitive functions of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)(P>0.05);after the intervention,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the MMSE and MoCA scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the neurological and cognitive functions of patients with HICH after minimally invasive surgery,which is beneficial to the prognosis of the disease.
