温针灸在老年骨质疏松患者中的应用效果

Effectiveness of Warm Acupuncture in Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis

目的探讨老年骨质疏松患者采用温针灸治疗的临床效果.方法选择山东省武术院医务室2019年9月—2020年9月收治的老年骨质疏松患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组.将采用常规治疗的40例患者设为对照组,将采用常规治疗联合温针灸治疗的40例患者设为观察组.比较两组的临床疗效,并比较两组患者治疗前后的骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)、骨钙素(bone gla protein,BGP)水平及疼痛视觉模拟法(visual analogue score,VAS)评分.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的BMD水平为(0.79±0.06)g/cm^(3),BGP水平为(15.24±4.85)mg/L,均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的VAS评分为(1.51±0.86)分,低于对照组的(2.15±0.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论老年骨质疏松患者在常规治疗基础上采用温针灸治疗,能够提高治疗效果,改善骨密度与骨钙素指标,减轻患者疼痛,值得推广.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment with warm acupuncture in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to the Medical Department of Shandong Wushu Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The 40 patients treated with conventional treatment were set as the control group,and the 40 patients treated with conventional treatment combined with warm acupuncture were set as the observation group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the levels of bone mineral density(BMD),bone gla protein(BGP)and visual analogue score(VAS)of pain were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMD level of the observation group was(0.79±0.06)g/em3 and the BGP level was(15.24±4.85)mg/L,which were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(1.51+0.86)points,which was lower than(2.15+0.98)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of warm acupuncture in elderly patients with osteoporosis on the basis of conventional treatment can improve the therapeutic effect,improve bone density and osteocalcin index,and reduce patients'pain,which is worth promoting.
