围刺法联合温针灸治疗寒湿型肩周炎的效果

Effect of Circumferential Needling Combined with Warm Acupuncture on Cold-Damp Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的分析围刺法联合温针灸治疗寒湿型肩周炎的效果.方法选择2020年1-11月在该院针灸科治疗的76例寒湿型肩周炎患者,将其分为研究组(n=38,围刺法联合温针灸治疗)和对照组(n=38,常规针灸治疗).比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的肩关节功能评分、疼痛评分、炎症因子水平.结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组患者的肩关节功能评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者治疗后的各项炎症因子指标水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论寒湿型肩周炎患者采用围刺法联合温针灸治疗的效果显著,可改善症状,缓解疼痛,值得临床应用推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of cold-damp scapulohumeral periarthritis treated by circumferential needling combined with warm acupuncture.Methods 76 patients with cold-damp scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of this hospital from January to November 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a study group(n=38,circumferential needling combined with warm acupuncture treatment)and a control group(n=38,conventional acupuncture treatment).The treatment effect and the function score of shoulder joint,pain score and inflammatory factor level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.37%,higher than 84.21%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder function score of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Circumferential needling com-bined with warm acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of cold-damp scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can improve symptoms,relieve pain,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
