综合康复治疗对糖尿病足溃疡愈合效果及周围神经功能的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment on Healing Effect and Peripheral Nerve Function of Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的探究综合康复治疗对糖尿病足溃疡愈合效果及周围神经功能的影响.方法选取该院2015年10月—2018年10月收治的80例糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合康复治疗.对两组患者的溃疡愈合效果、治疗前后周围神经功能进行比较.结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的周围神经震动感觉阈值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的周围神经震动感觉阈值均低于各组治疗前,且观察组的周围神经震动感觉阈值低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复治疗能够有效改善糖尿病足溃疡的愈合效果,显著降低周围神经感觉阈值,具有较高的临床意义.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the healing effect and peripheral nerve function of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic foot ulcers admitted to the hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The ulcer healing effect and peripheral nerve function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the comparison of peripheral nerve vibration sensory threshold between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the peripheral nerve vibration sensory thresholds of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the peripheral nerve vibration sensory thresholds of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the healing effect of diabetic foot ulcers,and can significantly reduce the peripheral nerve sensory threshold,which has high clinical significance.
