细节管理在精神科护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Detail Management in Psychiatric Nursing

目的分析细节管理在精神科护理中的应用效果.方法选择2018年10月—2019年10月在该院精神病科接受治疗的住院患者60例,将其随机分成两组,每组30例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用细节管理,比较两组的护理质量.结果护理后,观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的护理差错率及护理缺陷率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在精神科护理中采用采用针对性的细节管理,可使患者得到有效的照顾,提高护理满意度,值得在临床中应用.

Objective To analyze the application effect of detail management in psychiatric nursing.Methods 60 inpatients who were treated in the psychiatric department of the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used routine care,and the observation group used detailed management on this basis.The quality of care between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing error rate and nursing defect rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of targeted detailed management in psychiatric nursing can enable patients to receive effective care and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
