盆底康复训练联合护理干预在盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用效果

Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Training Combined Nursing Intervention in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的研究盆底康复训练联合护理干预在盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用效果.方法选取该院2019年2月—2020年2月收治的92例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者为研究对象,按双色球分组法将患者分为两组,每组46例.对照组采用盆底康复训练,观察组采用盆底康复训练联合护理干预.对比两组的盆底肌力、盆底功能障碍问卷表(pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20,PFDI-20)评分及尿失禁问卷表(internatioanal consultation on incontinence questionaire-short form,ICIQ-SF)评分.结果干预后,观察组的盆底肌力干预总有效率为87.0%,高于对照组的52.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组干预前的PFDI-20、ICIQ-SF评分,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的PFDI-20、ICIQ-SF评分分别为(10.08±2.11)分、(28.76±4.02)分,低于对照组的(14.53±2.45)分、(40.22±4.35)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论盆底功能障碍性疾病采用盆底康复训练联合护理干预的效果显著,可有效提高盆底肌力,改善尿失禁及盆底功能障碍情况,值得在临床中推广应用.

Objective To study and analyze the effect of the joint nursing intervention of pelvic floor rehabilitation training on the application of pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases.Methods 92 patients with pelvic floor dysfunctional disorders admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study population.The patients were divided into two groups according to the bicolor grouping method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group used pelvic floor rehabilitation training,and the observation group used pelvic floor rehabilitation training therapy for joint nursing intervention.The pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20(PFDI-20)scores and internatioanal consultation on incontinence questionaire-short form(ICIQ-SF)of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the effective rate of pelvic floor muscle intervention was 87.0%,which was higher than 52.2%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the PFDI-20 and ICIQ-SF scores of the two groups before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the PFDI-20 and ICIQ-SF scores of the observation group were(10.08±2.11)points and(28.76±4.02)points,respectively,which were lower than(14.53±2.45)points and(40.22±4.35)points of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combined nursing intervention using pelvic floor rehabilitation training for pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases is remarkable,which can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle strength,improve urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction,and is worthy of clinical application.
