益心通痹汤联合心痛贴治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Yixin Tongbi Decoction and Xintong Paste on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease with Phlegm and Blood Stasis

目的观察益心通痹汤联合心痛贴治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛的临床效果.方法将2019年5月—2020年5月该院收治的78例痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例.对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上采用益心通痹汤联合心痛贴治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、血脂及临床疗效.结果在中医证候积分方面,两组患者治疗前积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在临床治疗总有效率方面,观察组的89.74%高于对照组的69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在血脂水平方面,两组患者治疗前的各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项血脂指标明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论益心通痹汤联合心痛贴治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效较好,能有效缓解患者症状,降低其血脂水平,值得在临床中推广应用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yixin Tongbi Decoction and Xintong Paste in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,78 patients with coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis combined with angina pectoris were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with Yixin Tongbi Decoction and Xintong Paste on this basis.The clinical symptoms,blood fat and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 89.74%,which was higher than 69.23%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of blood fat levels,compared between the two groups of patients before treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood fat indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yixin Tongbi Decoction combined with Xintong Paste has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis.It can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients and reduce their blood lipid levels.It is worthy of clinical application.
