中医康复指导在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rehabilitation Guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨中医康复指导在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果.方法将该院2019年12月—2020年8月收治的98例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为常规组和中医组,每组49例.常规组采用常规康复指导,中医组采用中医康复指导.比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗后的各项功能指标.结果中医组患者的临床治疗总有效率为95.92%,明显高于常规组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,中医组患者的关节功能、躯体功能、认知功能与社会功能评分均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医康复指导在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果较好,能促进患者各项功能恢复,有利于提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用.

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation guidance of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with rheumatoid joints.Methods 98 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into routine group and traditional Chinese medicine group,with 49 cases in each group.The routine group adopts routine rehabilitation guidance,and the traditional Chinese medicine group adopts traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance.The clinical efficacy and various functional indicators after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than 81.63%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of joint function,physical function,cognitive function and social function of the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance has a good application effect in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.It can promote the recovery of various functions of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
