健脾补肾汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Jianpi Bushen Decoction Combined with Retention Enema of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Functional Constipation

目的分析健脾补肾汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效.方法选取该院2019年8月—2020年12月收治的80例慢性功能性便秘患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例.对照组采用西药莫沙必利片及酚酞片治疗,治疗组采用健脾补肾汤口服联合中药保留灌肠.对比两组患者的临床疗效、症状评分、便秘程度评分及生活质量.结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组的排便费力、粪便形状、排便时间、排便频度、腹胀等症状评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组治疗前的便秘程度评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组便秘程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组在躯体疼痛、一般情况、心理健康、生理机能及社会功能方面的生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在慢性功能性便秘的治疗中,与常规西药治疗相比,采用健脾补肾汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗的效果更为显著,对于改善症状评分及生活质量均具有积极作用.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Bushen Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic functional constipation.Methods 80 patients with chronic functional constipation admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine mosapride tablets and phenolphthalein tablets,and the treatment group was treated with oral administration of Jianpi Bushen Decoction combined with troditonal Chinese medicine retention enema.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,constipation degree score and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment efficiency of the treatment group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of effort to defecate,stool shape,defecation time,defecation frequency and abdominal distension in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the constipation degree scores of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the constipation degree score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in terms of somatic pain,general condition,mental health,physiological function and social function in the treatment group were higher than in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic functional constipation,compared with conventional western medicine,the effect of Jianpi Bushen Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment is more significant,and it has a positive effect on improving symptom scores and quality of life.
