康复护理在老年脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in the Recovery of Limb Function in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探析康复护理对老年脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复的效果.方法选取该院2017年8月—2019年8月收治的84例老年脑梗死患者,根据护理方法不同分为两组,每组42例.1组采用常规护理,2组采用康复护理.比较两组的护理效果及护理满意度.结果比较两组护理前的上下肢运动功能评分,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组的上下肢运动功能评分均高于1组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组护理前的语言功能评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组的语言功能评分低于1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组的护理满意度评分为(41.98±3.67)分,高于1组的(39.42±3.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论给予脑梗死老年患者康复护理,可快速有效改善其肢体、语言功能,提高老年患者的护理满意度,值得临床应用推广.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of limb function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 84 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 42 cases in each group.Group 1 used conventional nursing and Group 2 used rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Comparing the upper and lower limb motor function scores of the two groups before nursing,the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the upper and lower limb motor function scores of the Group 2 were higher than those of the Group 1,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the language function scores of the two groups before the intervention,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the language function score of the Group 2 was lower than that of the Group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the Group 2 was(41.98±3.67)points,which was higher than the(39.42±3.87)points of the Group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing given to elderly patients with cerebral infarction can rapidly and effectively improve their physical and language functions and increase elderly patients'satisfaction with care.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
