延续性护理对门诊性病患者治疗依从性及康复效果的影响

The Effect of Continuous Nursing on the Treatment Compliance and Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Venereal Disease in Outpatients

目的探究延续性护理对门诊性病患者治疗依从性及康复效果的影响.方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的60例性病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例.对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用延续性护理.对比两组患者治疗前后的焦虑、抑郁心理状态、治疗依从性及康复情况.结果护理前,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者的治疗依从性评分(91.27±3.81)分及康复率96.67%均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对门诊性病患者实施延续性护理,能够有效缓解其负面情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性,从而改善预后效果,促进患者快速康复,该护理方法值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on the treatment compliance and rehabilitation effect of patients with venereal disease in outpatients.Methods A total of 60 patients with wenereal disease admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group used conventional nursing,and patients in the study group used continuation nursing based on the control group.The anxiety and depression psychological status before and after treatment,treatment compliance and recovery rate were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups when comparing the selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS scores and SDS scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance score(91.27±3.81)points and the recovery rate of 96.67%of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing for patients with venereal disease in outpatient can effectively alleviate their negative emotions,improve the treatment compliance of patients,thereby improve the prognosis effect and promote the rapid recovery.This nursing method is worthy of popularization and application.
