快速康复外科护理在甲状腺癌围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Thyroid Cancer

目的研究快速康复外科护理在甲状腺癌围手术期护理中的应用效果.方法选择该院2018年9月—2019年9月收治的80例甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例.对照组采用围手术期常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上采用围手术期快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果研究组患者的护理总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、术后首次下床活动时间及住院时间均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论甲状腺癌患者采用围手术期快速康复外科护理,能明显提高护理效果,缓解术后疼痛,缩短住院时间,减轻了患者的医疗负担,促进其康复,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广.

Objective To study the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative nursing of thyroid cancer.Methods 80 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used perioperative routine nursing,and the study group used perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue score(VAS),the time to get out of bed for the first time and the length of hospital stay in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients with thyroid cancer can significantly improve the nursing effect,relieve postoperative pain,shorten the length of hospitalization,reduce the medical burden of patients and promote rehabilitation.It has high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
