四君子汤加减治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Modified Sijunzi Decoction on Infantile Diarrhea

目的探究四君子汤加减治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果.方法选择该院2019年11月—2020年6月收治的腹泻患儿68例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采用四君子汤加减治疗,观察两组的治疗效果.结果在治疗总有效率方面,观察组的94.12%高于对照组的67.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组患儿的不良反应发生率,观察组的2.94%明显低于对照组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的腹泻缓解时间、退热时间和大便改善时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用四君子汤加减治疗小儿腹泻,能够缓解患儿的腹泻症状,疗效理想,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Modified Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 68 children with diarrhea admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Modified Sijunzi Decoction on this basis.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,94.12%of the observation group was higher than 67.65%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients,2.94%in the observation group was significantly lower than 23.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diarrhea remission time,fever reduction time and stool improvement time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Modified Sijunzi Decoction to treat children with diarrhea can relieve the symptoms of diarrhea in children with ideal curative effect and fewer adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
