中医综合疗法在胫骨平台骨折患者术后康复中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的探讨中医综合疗法在胫骨平台骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果.方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月在该院行外科手术治疗的86例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组43例.术后给予对照组常规康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医综合疗法.比较两组患者的临床疗效、膝关节功能与活动度及术后并发症的发生情况.结果研究组的临床治疗优良率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组术后1周的美国特种外科医院(Hospital for Special Surgery,HSS)膝关节评分与膝关节活动度(range of motion,ROM),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,研究组的HSS评分与膝关节ROM均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组术后的并发症发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论中医综合疗法在胫骨平台骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果较好,能够促进患者肢体功能的恢复,值得在临床中推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fractures.Methods 86 patients with tibial plateau fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training after surgery,and the study group used comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,knee joint function and range of motion,and the occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical treatment excellence rate of the study group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)and the knee joint range of motion(ROM)of the two groups at 1 week after surgery,there were no significant differences between the groups(>0.05);at 3 months after surgery,the HSS score and knee joint ROM of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive therapy of traditiona chinese medicine in the postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fractures is effective and can promote the recovery of limb function.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
