中医优化康复护理在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Optimized Rehabilitation Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Swallowing Dysfunction after Stroke

目的探讨中医优化康复护理在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年11月—2020年11月该院收治的124例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者采用常规康复护理,研究组患者采用中医优化康复护理,比较两组患者护理前后的吞咽功能、日常生活能力以及护理满意度.结果研究组患者护理后的标准吞咽功能评定量表(standavdized swallowing assessment,SSA)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者护理后的Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者的护理满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的66.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医优化康复护理对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的干预效果较好,能改善患者的吞咽功能,提升其日常生活能力与护理满意度,值得在临床中推广应用.

Objective To explore the application effect of optimized rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods 124 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group used conventional rehabilitation nursing,and patients in the study group used optimized rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The swallowing function,ability of daily living before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)score of the patients in the study group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index score of the patients in the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 96.77%,which was higher than 66.13%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized rehabilitation nursing of Traditional Chinese medicine has a good intervention effect on swallowing dysfunction after stroke,which can improve the swallowing function of patients,enhance their daily life ability and nursing satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
