微课健康教育结合循序渐进式康复护理在经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术后的应用效果 被引量:2

The Application Effect of Micro-Class Health Education Combined with Step-by-Step Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation after Removal of the Nucleus Pulposus under Percutaneous Intervertebral Disc

摘要 目的探讨微课健康教育结合循序渐进式康复护理在经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年1月—2020年9月该院收治的103例经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术后患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=52)与对照组(n=51),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用微课健康教育结合循序渐进式康复护理,对两组干预效果进行比较.结果干预前,两组的日本骨科协会评估治疗(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的JOA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的健康行为评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogve score,VAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的健康行为评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论微课健康教育结合循序渐进式康复护理在经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术后患者中的应用价值较高,可改善患者的腰椎功能,减轻其疼痛程度,提高患者健康行为,促进其功能恢复,值得临床推广应用. Objective To explore the application effect of micro-class health education combined with step-by-step rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation after nucleus pulposus excision under percutaneous interforaminal lens.Methods 103 cases of patients undergoing percutaneous foraminal endoscopic lumbar disc herniation after nucleus pulposus excision were selected in this hospital from January 2019 to September 2020,and they were divided into an observation group(n=52)and a control group(n=51)by random number table.The control group used routine nursing,and the observation group took micro-class health education combined with step-by-step rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores(P>0.05);after the intervention,the JOA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups'health behavior scores and visual analogue scores(VAS)(P>0.05);after the intervention,the health behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-class health education combined with step-by-step rehabilitation nursing is of high application value in patients with lumbar disc herniation after nucleus pulposus removal under percutaneous intervertebral disc,it can improve the lumbar function of patients,reduce their pain,improve their healthy behavior,and promote their functional recovery.It is worthy of clinical application.
