规范化康复护理结合肺康复运动在气管切开患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Standardized Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise in Patients with Tracheotomy

目的探讨规范化康复护理结合肺康复运动在气管切开患者中的应用效果.方法选取该院2019年7月—2020年8月收治的36例气管切开患者为研究对象,采用随机单盲法分为三组,每组12例.A组接受6周呼吸道规范化护理,B组进行3周肺康复运动训练后接受3周呼吸道规范化护理,C组接受6周规范化康复护理结合肺康复运动训练.比较各组的护理效果.结果护理后,C组的生活质量优于A、B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).C组的住院花费少于A、B组,住院时间短于A、B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).C组的感染发生率低于A、B组、气管拔管成功率高于A、B组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论气管切开患者采取规范化康复护理结合肺康复运动干预能够有效提高其生活质量,缩短恢复时间,从而减少花费,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the application effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise in patients with tracheotomy.Methods 36 patients with tracheotomy admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into three groups by randomized singleblind method,with 12 cases in each group.Group A received standardized nursing for 6 weeks inhalation,group B received standardized nursing for 3 weeks after 3-weeks pulmonary rehabilitation exercise training,and group C received standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise training for 6 weeks.The nursing effects of each group were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of quality of life of group C were better than those of groups A and B,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization expenditure of group C was less than that of groups A and B,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that of groups A and B,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in group C was lower than that in groups A and B,and the success rate of tracheal extubation in group C was higher than that in groups A and B,but the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise intervention for patients with tracheotomy can effectively improve their quality of life,shorten the recovery time,and thus reduce costs.It is worthy of popularization and application.
