心脏康复治疗在冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation Therapy in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的研究心脏康复治疗应用于冠心病心绞痛患者中的临床效果.方法选取2018年5月—2020年9月该院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者122例,随机分为两组,对照组(n=61例)采用常规干预,观察组(n=61例)在对照组基础上采用心脏康复治疗,比较两组临床效果.结果干预后,观察组心血管不良事件总发生率为6.56%,低于对照组的19.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组各项心功能指标均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将心脏康复治疗应用于冠心病心绞痛患者中,能够改善其各项心功能指标,并减少各类心血管不良事件的发生,能够获得更为理想的效果,值得临床推广.

Objective To study the clinical effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 122 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into a control group(61 cases)and an observation group(61 cases).The control group was treated with conventional intervention,and the observation group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was 6.56%,which was lower than 19.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All the cardiac function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation therapy for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can improve various cardiac function indicators and reduce the incidence of various cardiovascular adverse events.It can achieve more ideal results and worthy of clinical promotion.
